Belle is just the second condor to fledge from a nest in Pinnacles National Park in the last hundred years. Her parents, Pinnacles male 589 and VWS condor 569, raised her in a cozy rock cavity in the park in the Spring of 2017. She took her first flights at the end of October 2017, and will soon be meeting the rest of the flock as she ventures further away from her nest. So far she has been exploring the spires and peaks of Pinnacles National Park, but we hope to see her visit the coast soon!

Jack Cook and family have exclusively adopted Belle and as such are her human family.

More photos of Condor #842 "Belle" coming soon.
